 Super Typhoon Noru : Emerges Back in Bay of Bengal!

Weather Radar of AccuWeather just spotted the emerging of Super-Typhoon Noru in Andaman Sea part of Bay of Bengal . This crazy storm has already ransacked Luzon of Philippines as Super Typhoon, then dropped to Cat 1 in South China Sea, only to jump back to Category 3 and flooded Vietnam, Cambodia and became a tropical depression in Thailand and caused flooding in Thailand and Burma.

 It is now flooding parts of Burma (Oops Myanmar I mean). And it will head westward towards Bay of Bengal proper from Andaman Sea. 

The warm water of Bay of Bengal will give it plenty of energy to come back into full Typhoon shape, because the structure of this storm remained cyclonic throughout it's long journey from Pacific to Bay of Bengal. 

So keep one eye open for the sky,

The Bidenite Media will not cover the Recession, not on Italian Election Weekend and "India's Intellectuals" will not know that another fierce round of Gapdown opening await them on Monday..

Rupee of India surely will have another "Historic Low Opening" .. these are as sure as stuff written on Stone.

Although Brent Crude will close at 85/86 USD tonight,  Fuel prices are not coming down in India. Same retail price of Petrol and Diesel as they were, when Crude were well over 100 US$.

 Why Petrol prices go up when Crude goes up, but never fall when Crude prices fall, the "So called Proponents of Free Market" can never tell in India. 

Fact Is, although India imports Crude but Most refining are done by one Solitary Private Player, who keeps Political Parties of World's biggest democracy in his Back pocket. Well, at least, the most notable ones.. and the media also, so nobody will tell you that Refiner is still charging refining bills to other Oil Marketing Company , as if crude prices are still at last months level.

So India and Indians will spend the weekend nonchalantly unaware of what to expect next week and especially on Monday,  which is also a beginning of a Major Hindu Festival. 

Oh My God, Hai Daiya, Oh My Godi-ji will be their response, the newsmakers.. that is.

Indian Media like even NDTV got hold of a local conservationist and supposedly expert in this field who said "Dr. Marker will stay back for months in India to Monitor to Cheetahs" .. Well , my Foot, she spends most of her time in California and rarely visits the so called "Conservation project" in Namibia.. She goes where Fund-raising is, on 25th of this month, she will be in San Francisco , Yachting with Silicon Valley Billionaires to set up "Many Acre-wide Private Zoos". 

She happens to be certifier of "Legal Pets" as her project team will organize "Free Cheetah" run in Canada. White People's fraudulent activities are highly diabolical. 

She or her likes have become many times Millionaires in this trade. Now let's get back to Pitfalls of this relocation project. 

Reintroduction of Cheetahs or Introduction of African Cheetahs?

These 8 unfortunate creatures belong to different subspecies of Cheetahs. 

Cheetahs were of 2 kind, Asiatic and African Cheetahs.  

Asiatic cheetahs had 2 varieties, Iranian and Indian cheetah. Indiscriminate hunting by British made Cheetah extinct,  thankfully those hunters also like to boast their exploits by writing books .

Among Africa Cheetah, there are various pockets of population, each adapted to their environment with unique evolutionary traits, the saharan cheetah and namibian cheetah are quite different genetically now.

So Indian Cheetah were vastly different to Namibian ones. They are as different as Asiatic Lions, Rhinos and Elephants are to their African counterparts. 80000 years separation leads to different physical characteristics. 

 so this is : 

Introduction of African Cheetah in Indian Jungles,  which is 

A. Immoral 

B. Illegal. 

Chambal isn't Namibia, Kuno National Park is a green valley fed by rivers.

Cheetah's natural habitat is dry arid grasslands in Namibia, and Kuno or Chambal region is not like that for 8 months of the year. 

What Indian Media won't tell you, both Chambal Region and Kuno National Park gets their names from rainfed rivers Chambal and Kuno, Kuno being a tributary of Chambal.

These river valley's experience two different Monsoons every year. From March to June, before the onset of Monsoon,  Kuno river dries up and the area somewhat gives a false impression of African savanna. 

Whichever expert said its ideal for Cheetahs, that too, African Cheetahs, needs to get his head examined by a shrink or his qualifications rechecked ,  whichever is convenient.. time wise and cost wise .

This Cheetah Zoo project of BJP ran into a hurdle, as its Mother project of "Spreading A Vegetarian Hindu Sect Ideology" got upset after Some of BJP cadre owned TV channels showed Cheetah hunting Animals (in Africa).

Now proud hindus are very upset that Cheetah would hunt their dear "Cheetal" deer. And believe it or Not, BJP Government has responded that "Imported Cheetahs" has not killed any deer, especially Cheetals. 

Although that's great relief for "Uneducated Vegetarian BJP supporters", it's sad news from Conservation perspective. In order for those Smuggled Cheetahs to survive,  the Cheetah must kill Cheetals and Sambhar Deers and also Neelgai or wild boars. Occasionally stray or feral cattle will eventually end up in their menu.

Wild Tigers, Lions also eat Deers on regular basis in India and No carnivore in the wild eats Pumpkin and Potato curry as Vegetarian BJP wishes too. Deny them Deers and they will raid Human village for Cows and Goats .

But so far, Cheetahs are in tiny open zoo where Modi released them. They are not really Released in the wild unless they climbed a tree and jumped outside the fence.

World Autocracy Summit

 World Autocracy Summit or Shanghai Co-operation Organisation is Going On

SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) Summit is happening in Uzbekistan now. The major criteria of joining this Organisation seems to be the country has to a Autocracy, be it Electoral Autocracy or Single Party rule. Every Single head of state there has one thing in Common, "They want to rule their country till they die, with no plan of involving common people in Policymaking  ... for common folks they offer Jingoistic Patriotism and life of poverty under state surveillance, and to their crony buddies they offer the riches of the country".

Take Xi Jinping or Putin or Erdogan or all the so called central asian countries' presidents or even Modi or Pakistan's new PM, these people are blatantly Autocrats and Despot to the core. It's true that "Electoral Autocracy" are now blooming in the west too, but those are "Two-party Autocracy ruled by Deep State" , but these guys at SCO Summit are classic autocratic Tyrants. 

Take the case of Erdogan, he goes to NATO & G20 and hugs Biden and he goes to SCO to kiss Xi & Putin.

Similarly, Modi does his pilgrimage to White House every year and yet never misses an opportunity to Hug and Kiss Putin and Xi. 

Today Modi even went on to say "Every SCO country should give other members the Right to Transit" . That would mean Modi will allow China to access goods across that contentious McMahon Line , that China border where every year Chinese troops incurs and border scuffle ensues. On one hand, Modi and his party members peddle "Staunchly Anti-China Stance" to a Jingoist Party Cadre-base, (which now includes government officials, media agencies and increasingly members of Judiciary) and the other hand promises cooperation with China at SCO Summit. 

Of course Nobody (other than me) will question Modi On this "Right of transit" issue, Media is too Tame and Lame in India.

 Instead they will cheer with Drum-rolls that "India Will Assume The Presidency of SCO" and shall host Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin in Next World Autocrat Summit aka SCO-summit .

 Not only Queen Elizabeth the 2nd died, entire "Liberal" Fiberal Western Media died with her. If the spirit of Journalism ever existed, then that is deeply buried 6 feet under and buried solid under Corporate debt of glorified corporations. 

Every day, Every Single Bloody Day, they wake and start covering "What the royals did today" and try to create mourners via TV.

Whatever sympathy I felt for 96 year old Queen who died of natural causes (if she had Coronavirus,  these lazy buggers masquerading as journalists won't tell, mind you), has evaporated in thin air now, thanks to 24×7 coverage in Western Channels, not only BBC but in other channels like France24 English, DW and even CNN.

All US channels got the "RIP van Winkle" syndrome, I wonder what Prince Andrew's victim in Epstein scandal makes of all this "Ah the royals are so good" propaganda. 

This is the year of 2022 AD, when Corporations are taking Millionaires ( and Billionaires) for 1 hour joyride in space and people in Yemen and Drought-hit parts of Africa. 

This is also the year of Russia - Ukraine bloody war and Massive sanctions on Food & Crude Oil. Edible cooking Oil is costlier because you won't get the Sunflower seeds and Car fuel is costly because Russian Oil buying is banned, unless you are European and it comes from Russia via Pipelines.

 This is also the year, when Media sold "Hyperinflation" as "Cost of living crisis", because Hyperinflation is caused by bad economic decisions of Governments whereas "Cost of Living" can be blamed on poor people living beyond their means and not dying timely during the Pandemic; As if "Cost of living" is the price you pay for "Being Alive". Hyperinflation,  Stagflation are too academic terms for Harry Potter Fanbase.

This is also the year, when in "North Hemisphere Summer" all Coronavirus prevention measures were cancelled and Media encouraged Globetrotting and Tourism over Healthcare. During Spring the Governments of west and media told their public to take 4th Shots of old vaccine saying "It will prevent Omicron spread" and in Fall, they'll say "Take the new Vaccine (from same Company), only they provide protection from Omicron" and in spite of this new vaccine, Coronavirus will spread like wildfire in coming Winter and Fauci will flee his post, when his fans would need him most.

Just yesterday, Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin faced as a spectacular failure, it's Rocket blew up just within a minute of take off.. No, you won't see this headline or the video on TV, you will see Queen's Coffin And Charles's bald head instead.  That's News now.

on that crash, at the time of Malfunction, the commentary was "We don't know what happened  .. this is not something we did or planned" and it ends with "Crew module of this crew-less flight successfully ejected (after the malfunction) and landed with the help of its parachutes".

Modi's India & 4 hours of freedom from Colonial Legacy

 Modi's India and Freedom from Colonial Legacy: Well, for 4 hours at least.. ha ha ha.

Well, In British built capital of 75 year old Independent India, there was a main thorough way named Rajpath. Originally Named "King's way" by British, it was renamed Rajpath by first nationalist party, Indian National Congress.. renaming is one thing, nationalist parties do well as it is much more cost effective than building a new capital which is free from colonial legacy. 

Rajpath means "Path of Rule or Governance" and had no direct link with British Raj, but it still left a scope for an ultra-nationalist party to rename it once again.  

Incidentally all the provincial Governors reside and work from Raj Bhavan (Manor of Rule) and Modi's BJP don't see any colonial hangover there.

Anyway, Modi's language expert choose "Kartavya Path" meaning "Path of Responsibility" as if you can stroll or drive Irresponsibly in other road.

I would have given a better name "Praja-Raj Path", but I'm not a Hindi speaker so my opinion will never be sought or appreciated by BJP. 

Anyway, Modi spent a fortune trying to convert Rajpath into London's "Notting hill" and did the renaming ceremony last evening. 

Every single channel was going ga-ga about Modi stripping "Colonial Legacy".

Barely 4 hours passed ...

And news came Queen Elizabeth II had passed away at the age of 96. Guess what, a tearful Modi was first to tweet "Deep Sadness", beating Canadian and Australian PMs in that race.

And all those Right-wing Nationalist TV channels started talking about Queen and Praising the British Monarch, Who however was never the ruler of India. Now all these channels are deeply mired in Colonial Legacy. 

After all, it is Indian Media's Kartavya Path .. to read Modi's last tweet on over and over again.  

Free and Independent Media of India is such a myth. Nobody even asked when are "Raj Bhavan(s)" getting renamed??

And Mahatma Gandhi's memorial in Delhi are at Raj ghat .. is Modi going to rename that??

By the way, BJP and Modi's Pet CM renamed Allahabad into Prayag-Raj ?? So the Raj word does not evoke "Colonial Legacy" when BJP puts it in.. but only other party had used it.

 Shame On NDTV doing Trump's Propaganda with Modi-Toady Americans in an Interview. 

Tonight NDTV will air a Donald Trump interview by its Star Anchor Srinivasan Jain and with a worst kind of Indian Immigrant Group called "Hindu Americans" , the kind of advocacy group that wants big favours in US for Indian Businessmen Who put money in Tax Havens and don't pay taxes in either India or USA. 

Unlike Ravish Kumar, for rest of the crew of NDTV wear "Liberal Values" like a shirt or worse like a coat. This is true for the owners of NDTV, the Roy couple also.

What led to this? One can only speculate, but it seems chased by Adani , the Roy couple turned to their first sponsor,  Rupert Murdoch & Sons . 

Now Murdochs wish to promote Donald Trump and Modi both for 2024, therefore this interview was arranged with Modi's intermediary planted in that interview to
ensure nothing that may be seen bad publicity for Modi goes on Air.

They have given a sneak peek of that interview:

SJ: "Are you running for president again?"

DT: "Yes, I think I should.. all the polls are showing.."

SJ: "Who will be your running make? Lots of names are being talked about ... "

DT: "I haven't decided yet .. lots of names .. going around.."

What was Srinivasan thinking? Just because Amit Shah's son became BCCI chief, Trump's Daughter will be his VP candidate? "Demaag Ghutno Pe hai kya?" .. that's hindi for "Is your brain is in your knee" ...

He could have asked about a Lyndsey Graham , a Ted Cruz or Rubio or even the Florida Governor or Texas Governor. Perhaps his General Knowledge is too poor to know about them.

So Shame on NDTV, for producing Propaganda for Trump and Modi . And little do Prannoy Roy know, even after these , Murdochs can back Adani in November, if they see a dime of profit that way.

Although I will try to write this piece in good humour,  but I'm not sure should I laugh or cry. I shouldn't have tuned into NDTV tonight, but my misfortune is that I did.

Vishnu Som was talking about Road Safety not knowing a bit about what "Road Safety" is, but Interestingly a senior BJP leader was giving interview to NDTV (or is it Adani-NDTV now).

 Before I start describing the humourous episode, Let's get the definitions straight:

1. Road safety is a concept that deals with Safety of Vehicles ( not only Mercedes) and Pedestrians and Prevention of accidental incidents involving Vehicles and /or Pedestrians. Seatbelts and Airbags are a different concept.

But Vishnu and NDTV jumps to a new term like Car Safety, well it's not car safety either. 

2. Car Safety is a concept that deals with prevention of theft, fire and/or structural integrity violation of a car.

Correct Term is ...

PASSENGER SAFETY and Driver Safety. 

Nevertheless Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari came and unveiled his special Car Design. 

In reaction to Cyrus Mistry's death,  Nitin Gadkari unveiled new law that Not only make Rear seats' seatbelts mandatory and cars should hoot a Siren screaming "Seatbelts are not fastened", so that traffic cop can make a note and fine you.

This made "Double Dholki" Vishnu  Som very happy and he urged the Minister to take such steps very fast. 

Actually,  Idiots rule most media and political space. Now if you are System Architect or Electronic Engineer working in Automobile industry, this would make your good night sleep vanish and replace with nightmares.

While detecting seatbelts are fastened electronically is pretty easy but how would they ensure that the seatbelt is wrapped around the passenger . 

Two technical problems in this,

1. Determining that there is a passenger on that seat so that seatbelt monitoring System would activate. 

Pressure gauging system under the seat would be cumbersome and would not detect inanimate objects and human beings.

Imagine Gadkari's car refusing to start because Car's system would consider him too heavy for passenger seat and flash an alarm "Use a truck for this heavy box of samosa".

How about Camera? huge privacy issues there, how many Indians would like Uber and Ola cars to take their videos in the back seat.

2. Second point is what we discussed earlier,  what happens if the seatbelt  is buckled but the passenger is seating without fastening it. 

What happens to rear seat passengers in Taxis and Ubers? Will the driver sanitize the seat-belt after the passenger gets down. 

What happens to Uber pool ? Specially single female passenger ? Will rear seat seat belt be beneficial to their safety or a threat? 

BELIEVE ME, Trust me, all these questions came to my mind within few seconds of Gadkari's statement. 

If Vishnu Som ever reads this piece , he would probably search "Artificial intelligence Tablets" in Amazon, because like most Indian journalists he lacks the. "Natural Variety".

How to stop Future Accidents like Cyrus Mistry's 

1. Don't over-speed, in wet and pothole ridden roads, drive well below speed limit. it's better to be late like time-wise than salutation-wise.

2. For Heaven's sake, stop hitting the road divider and bridge railings and other obstacles on the side.

These alone will reduce much more  accidents That Gadkari-Vishnu Seat-belt Siren system. 

Passenger Safety: Do Indian Media really care?

A huge number of Indians travel and indeed daily commute using Trains, Buses, Metro Rail,  Auto-rickshaw also. 

But Seatbelts are mandatory in flights and Cars, What about Buses? Huh .. Nitin Gadkari and Crash Test Dummy Vishnu Som? 

If seatbelts are one panacea to prevent all deaths from accidents,  why don't you install them in Buses and Trains first? After all, a passenger is a passenger,  no matter what transport he or she chooses.
