Every well meaning person must stand with "The Wire"
Shame on Delhi Police, are they Policemen or Looters in Uniform. Who ordered them to seize Phones and Computers of the Editors of the news website "The Wire"?
The answer may be quite simple, someone in High Position in Home Ministry of India. That too due to a criminal defamation complaint by Ruling Party's IT cell dude. That creep himself tweets "Fake Stuff" all day, everyday.
The Wire was wrong to use some dubious emails in a news story but the news outfit has apologised for editorial gaffe and retracted that story. After that, they can't be held for any defamation Suit. BTW Defamation of a person, renowned for fake news infamy .. is that even possible .
Anyway, I stand with "The wire" and Free press.. maybe you should too, but I leave it upto you to decide.
